We have developed a series of on-demand eLearning courses that develop key competencies and skills in medical writing. With over 40 years of combined experience in medical communications and education delivery, we understand that training needs to be convenient and flexible, yet at the same time be accessible, in order to fit around client work. This means creating training courses that are simple and engaging with measurable results.
For a long time, live training as been perceived as the preferred training delivery vehicle. However, with more people than ever working from home, the trainning landscape is changing rapidly. With this in mind, we asked the question, “What does good training look like?” Using this as a framework, we explored innovative ways to extract the elements of the live learning experience and create engaging and interactive eLearning content. Using a blend of good instructional design and simple learning principles, we have created a number of time- and cost-effective online training courses, that can help reduce the time senior team members need to spend supporting and onboarding junior colleagues.
